Rental Occupancy Rates & Fees
- Private rental (up to 4 persons) $399.00 per night*, 2 night minimum stay. ($349.00 per night (up to 4 persons) based on 7 nights stay or longer.)
- Private rental (up to 4 persons) $2,443.00 per week
- Additional persons in the party $50.00 per person per night
- Maid service (per hour, if requested) $35.00
- Cleaning Service $75.00
- Refundable $500 security deposit (due at booking)
- Hold over charge (past check-out time) $50.00/hour
- Contractor/Corporate (open house) rental pricing by appointment
We are a pet friendly model log home and do not charge extra for a pet, call for details.
Guests will need to provide their own meals and drinks, but linens & towels are provided as part of your package.
